    I have just aquired an X332 (1997 vintage). I read in your blog that you used an asymetric for your round UK trip. I have a question. How did you connect the tack of the sail. I looked at some of your photos and can’t see any extra hardware fitted.

    • Hi Mike,
      I attache a snatch block to one of the fair leads at the bow and then run the pole down haul forward through the snatch block and onto the tack. It allows me to close down or open up the tack depending on how far down wind I’m going. It also allows me to quickly rerig for spinnaker flying when really down wind.
